- Bookings will be confirmed
on receipt of a deposit of £100.
- The balance will be due 6 weeks
prior to commencement of holiday.
- Rates include all gas, electricity,
bed linen and towels.
- In accordance with the terms
of agreement with our insurers, we regret that neither smoking
nor pets are permitted in the apartment.
- The hirer is responsible for
the property and its contents. The apartment should be left
clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.
- The apartment normally
let on a Saturday to Saturday basis, although this can be altered
to suit as available. The apartment will be ready for occupation
from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and we would appreciate
it if you could vacate the appartment by 10 a.m. on the day
of your departure. Short breaks (a minimum of three nights)
book-able four weeks prior to start date (Sat-Tues/Tues-Sat).
- If the apartment cannot be
made available for the hired period due to events outside the
control of Yool Apartments, the full hiring charge will be refunded
to the hirer.
- The number of people occupying
the apartment must not exceed the number stated on the booking
form. A maximum of five guests is permitted in the apartment.
